Delete your Crop Crew account

You can delete your Crop Crew account at any time, whether you use Crop Crew as a customer or as an operator. Deleting your account is permanent and can’t be undone.

Option 1: Delete in the app

1. Open the Crop Crew app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile > Delete account.
3. Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete account permanently.

Option 2: Ask us by email

If you can’t get into the app, email support@getcropcrew.com from any address. Include the phone number on your Crop Crew account so we can find it, and say that you want the account deleted. We may contact you on that number to confirm the request before we delete anything.

Cancel your subscription first

Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Operators should cancel their plan in the App Store or Google Play subscription settings before deleting their account.

What we delete

• Your profile, verified phone number and sign-in details.
• Operators: your listing, photos, documents (insurance, licenses, certificates) and quotes.
• Customers: your fields, job requests and uploaded files.
• Your messages and notifications.

What we keep, and why

• Payment and tax records (plan, purchase dates and amounts) that the law requires us to keep.
• Safety reports about abuse or fraud, with your name removed, so we can keep the marketplace safe.

Anything we keep is limited to those legal, tax, fraud-prevention or dispute reasons. Our Privacy Policy explains how long we keep data after an account is deleted.
