Crop Crew is operated by Gouda Ventures LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company ("Crop Crew", "we", "us"). Questions: support@[domain-pending].

1. What we collect

• Account info: your name (shown to others only as a first initial, e.g., J*), email, and sign-in details from Apple or Google.
• Location: your region or approximate location, used to match jobs and operators nearby. Others see only an approximate area until a lead is unlocked.
• Verified phone number: confirmed by a one-time code. It is stored privately and is never shown on your profile or in search. It is shared with the other party only after a lead between you is unlocked, so the call button in your message thread can dial your real number.
• Messages: chats and job requests sent through the app.
• Operator documents and photos: licenses, certifications, insurance and equipment photos operators upload.
• Preferences: your country and language, which set the prices and language you see.
• Subscription and payment info: plan type, renewal dates and purchase records. Card and billing details are handled by Apple or Google; we don't receive your full card number.
• Device and usage data: app version, crash reports and basic usage.

2. How we use it

To run the marketplace, match customers and operators, show prices for your country, process subscriptions and unlocks, keep the app safe (including automated and AI screening of messages and photos for contact details or abuse), provide support and improve the app.

3. Who we share it with

• Other users, only as needed (for example, masked names and job details).
• Vendors that run the app for us (hosting and database, AI screening, crash reporting, Apple and Google for billing and sign-in).
• Authorities when required by law, or to protect users and the app.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Payments between users

Crop Crew is not involved in payments users make to each other outside the app and doesn't collect that information.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active. After you delete your account we remove or anonymize it within [30–90 days — to be confirmed], except what we must keep for legal, tax, fraud-prevention or dispute reasons.

6. Your rights

You can view and edit your info in the app, delete your account in the app, and ask us for a copy of your data or to correct or delete it. Depending on where you live (for example, California or the EU/UK), you may have more rights. Contact support@[domain-pending].

We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely secure.

8. Children

Crop Crew is not for anyone under 18.
