Terms of Service

Crop Crew is operated by Gouda Ventures LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company ("Crop Crew", "we", "us"). Questions: support@[domain-pending].

1. What Crop Crew is

Crop Crew is an online marketplace that lets people who own or manage fields or land ("customers") find and message independent equipment and service owners ("operators"). Crop Crew is a platform only. We do not provide, perform, broker, supervise or guarantee any farming, spraying, equipment, repair or other service, and we are not a party to any agreement between users.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. You must give accurate account information and keep your login secure.

3. Your responsibilities

Operators and customers are solely responsible for their own choices, agreements, pricing, payments, safety and compliance with law (including pesticide applicator licensing, FAA rules, chemical labels and insurance requirements).

4. Documents and verification — your responsibility

Before booking or hiring, you are fully responsible for confirming every document needed for the job, such as licenses, certifications and insurance, and that they are valid and current. Badges or documents shown in the app are provided by users; Crop Crew does not guarantee they are accurate, valid, sufficient or in force. Documents on quotes: operators can attach insurance, licenses, certificates and other documents to quotes, and every quote carries this notice: Crop Crew does not verify documents. Checking that insurance, licenses and other documents are valid and in effect is the responsibility of the operator and the customer. Crop Crew is not responsible for their accuracy, validity or coverage. Operators must keep their documents current and confirm before sending a quote that none are expired; customers must check that attached documents are current and in effect before accepting. Expiry reminders and automatic attachment are conveniences only, not verification.

5. No liability for jobs, disputes or payments

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Crop Crew is not liable for job quality, damage (including crop injury or chemical drift), injuries, delays, disputes between users, non-payment, or the accuracy of any listing, message or document. Any dispute is between the users involved.

6. Payments

• Subscriptions and unlocks (Standard $15/month or $144/year with 10 leads a month then $1 per extra lead, Unlimited $35/month or $336/year, $1 lead or job unlocks, or local-currency equivalents shown for your country) are billed by Apple or Google through your app store account and follow their billing, renewal and refund rules. Monthly plans renew monthly and yearly plans renew yearly until cancelled. Cancel anytime in your store account settings.
• Payments between users for jobs are not handled by Crop Crew. We are not involved in, and not responsible for, any payment users make to each other.

7. Contact details and calling

Phone numbers, emails and other contact details stay hidden until a lead is unlocked. A lead is unlocked by a $1 unlock or an active Standard ($15/month or $144/year) or Unlimited ($35/month or $336/year) subscription. Before unlock, sharing contact details in messages, photos or profiles is not allowed, and messages and uploads may be automatically screened (including by AI tools) for this and for safety; accounts that break this rule may be flagged, suspended or removed. After unlock, the message thread offers a call button that dials the other party's real phone number, and contact or arrangements outside the app are allowed. Crop Crew is not a party to, and is not responsible for, any off-app communication, arrangement or payment.

8. Content you post

You own your content, but give Crop Crew a license to host, display and process it to run the service. Don't post anything false, illegal, infringing or abusive. We may remove content or accounts that break these terms.

9. Our content

Crop Crew™, the logo, design and app content are protected. Don't copy, scrape or reverse-engineer the app.

10. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Crop Crew's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid Crop Crew in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or crop-loss damages. This doesn't limit liability that can't legally be limited.

12. Indemnity

You agree to cover Crop Crew for claims arising from your services, jobs, content or breach of these terms.

13. Ending use

You can delete your account anytime in the app. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.

14. Changes and law
